1 ¾ cups unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 frozen banana
2 handfuls of spinach
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tbsp hemp hearts
1 tbsp nut butter or coconut butter (I used sunflower seed butter for the demo)
¼ tsp cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend on high until smooth. If you have a high-speed blender the hemp hearts will be blended completely. If you are prepping the night before, put everything except for the milk in the blender and store in the fridge over night. In the morning, just add milk and go!
