Starting on April 5th and running weekly for 6 weeks, on Wednesdays from 7:15 – 8:15 pm, High Point will be offering our newest fitness class – Maximize Your Mobility.
With class size limited to only 6 people, all the equipment you need provided in class and only $30/class – how can you say no? Classes are run by Ellysia Noble, the amazing personal trainer from The Bootcamp Factory.
The class will focus on dynamic stretching. What is dynamic stretching? Dynamic stretching simply means moving while you stretch. They are exercises that take the joints through their full range of motion — high-knees, butt-kicks, walking lunges, deep bodyweight squats, trunk rotations and arm swings to name a few. These exercises will:
- Improve your range of motion
- Improve your body awareness
- Reduce your chance of injury
- Increase your flexibility
- Help with everyday movement patterns
