Clinical Focus:

Justine Chan is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator who has been helping people achieve their nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle goals since 2005.  Her areas of specialty include weight management, nutrition-related health conditions (e.g. diabetes, heart disease, cancer, osteoporosis, celiac disease), personalized meal planning and sports nutrition.

Clinical Focus:

At present, Justine works at Trillium Health Partners – Centre for Complex Diabetes Care and is a sessional instructor in the Culinary Management Program at Humber College.  In her spare time, she teaches various programs at Goodlife Fitness such as Zumba, Bodystep, and BodyJam. She also loves to cook, run, travel and play volleyball.  In addition, Justine frequently writes nutrition articles for Goodlife Fitness, with quarterly contributions to their magazine, GoodTimes.

Justine’s approach to counselling is evidence based, sensible, and goal-oriented.  She will help you develop and maintain a holistic way of healthy living through the power of whole foods and an active lifestyle.
